Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150 AUD.

Tracking & Signature on Delivery (Australia)
All domestic parcels are fully tracked and require a signature on delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address, Australia Post may leave a collection card or arrange re-delivery.
Next Business Day Delivery
Next business day delivery is available within the Australia Post Express Post next business day network. Orders must be placed before 1pm to be eligible.

Tracking & Signature on Delivery (International)
All international parcels are fully tracked and require a signature on delivery. If no one is available, the local postal service may leave a collection notice or arrange re-delivery.
DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
Duties and taxes are calculated and added at checkout where applicable, based on the destination country's requirements.
For UK orders, applicable VAT and duties are calculated at checkout where required.
SERAPHI is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
