Warranty Information

All Jewellery sold by SERAPHI is covered under 12 months warranty. For 12 months from the purchase date, we will address any issues related to material defects or workmanship in your jewellery. Our pieces are handcrafted by top artisans using responsibly sourced materials, ensuring they are made to last. However, please note that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from normal wear and tear (such as bent rings or broken chains), improper use or storage, or any modifications done by third parties outside of SERAPHI.

To submit a warranty claim, email us at contact@seraphi.com.au with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Brief description of the damage and its location
  • Clear photos of the product (one of the entire item and one close-up of the defect area)

Important

1. We advise against having our products worked on by external jewellers, as this will void any potential for refund or replacement if a defect arises from their work. This includes resizing or repairs.

2. To help us improve, we may require defective pieces to be returned to us for inspection and quality auditing.
